Callahan & Westmoreland was founded in 2018 by Managing Director David Treussard.
After two decades of domestic and global experience in retained search, David developed Callahan & Westmoreland's unique business model and value proposition to deliver premier service to human capital teams, C-suite, and board groups of high-end beauty, fashion, lifestyle and health and wellness goods brands. The firm also provides sophisticated talent advisory services to executives across the globe through an efficient and transparent partnership.

Our Team
David Treussard
Managing Partner
David brings an extensive and global experience in Retained Search across functions. Born in France, David graduated from Sciences Po with a Master’s in Political Science. He then attended the Military Academy, ESM Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan. With his Military and Strategic Leadership background, he moved to the United States 20 years ago. He is a proud father of 3.
Thomas Treussard
Associate Partner
Thomas attended the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Economics. During his time at PSU, he played D1 Rugby, was in the Army R.O.T.C. (4 year scholarship recipient), and a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. He commissioned in the United States Army Reserves as a Logistics Officer. Thomas joined the firm in 2022.
