After two decades of domestic and global experience in retained search, David developed Callahan & Westmoreland's unique business model and value proposition. David Treussard
Managing Partner
David brings an extensive and global experience in Retained Search and Talent Management across functions and industries. Born in France, David graduated from Sciences Po with a Master’s in Political Science snd attended the Military Academy, ESM Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan. Strong of his Military and Strategic Leadership background, he has put his vision in action and has had a unique impact on countless organizations across the globe.

Thomas Treussard
Associate Partner
Thomas attended the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Economics, where he had been recruited to play D1 Rugby. He was granted a 4-year US Army ROTC scholarship. He commissioned in the United States Army Reserves in 2022, and is currently Aide-de-Camp to a Brigadier General. Thomas joined the firm in 2022.
